WHY A EUROPEAN UNION TEAM ?
EUROPEAN UNION CITIZEN represents
more than 30% of the total SETI users.
Beside that the EUROPE
UNION participate to the collection of data for SETI through the
radio telescope of Nançay in France.
We want to have a club to
represent this huge participation.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE ?
EUROPEAN UNION TEAM is open to the
members of the actual or future countries of the EUROPEAN UNION. It
is also open to those who like EUROPE worldwide.
OUR MEMBERS :
We are already11 participants from 7
countries: FRANCE, BELGIUM, IRELAND, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, PORTUGAL and
YOUGOSLAVIA.
OUR SCORE :
Created in June 2000, we are growing fast,
being well over 350 works unitst.
OUR PROJECT:
- To improve this Web page that we have just
started with many links with site about Europe and Space research.
Your own site could also be linked.
- A MONTHLY LETTER to all members of the EUROPEAN UNION TEAM
about our statistics and activities (the letter for September has
already gone).
- Visit of different European facilities in astronomy,
aeronautics and astronautics.
We will start the 21 April 2001
with a visit of the radio telescope of Nançay linked with the nearby
famous music festival of Bourges.
We could continue with
Toulouse, its space city and the Airbus industry.
Eventually we
could then pay a visit to ARECIBO in Porto Rico (without forgetting
the beach!).

By joining the EUROPEAN
UNION TEAM, you will support a dynamic team and you will have MORE
VISIBILITY for your web site through your inscription in our
group.
If you already belong to a group, you can remain into it and give
only your new units to ours . Or you can completely switch to our
team.
