Toni Scarmato,Calabria Italy, [comet at 30degrees high in horizon, in Ligth Pollution, I have used the star SAO 55514 m1~7.5 for comparison. The comet show a tail long 5'. The magnitude is valued with the defocusing method intra and extra focus and correct]

F5 L 43X....Bill Wells (Lincoln, NE., USA) [Magnitude est.: out-out method using TYC-2835-01539-1 (V=9.7) which was right next to the comet. Tail appears to be fan shaped so PA isn't very precise. I have not done this sort of thing before, so consider the source.]
